Back in Georgia

I'm back after a much needed long trip to Texas. I'll be updating you as soon as I figured out how to add more picture space (I know you are all shocked that I'm at max capacity with the blog.) Until then one of my favorite pics from the holidays: A few of my highschool friends and their kiddos. Next time I see them we will have three more kiddos to add to the picture and Sal will be married! Here's to 2013!

John Deere Green

We headed to the Columbia, SC Zoo Friday Night for the Riverbanks Zoo and Garden's 25th annual Lights Before Christmas! We all had a blast, enjoyed walking through the lights and trying to find the animals at night. Will is still is fascinated yet sometimes terrified for Santa, so we were surprised when we saw Santa from afar and Will kept shouting at the top of his lungs "I want a green tractor like Charles." This prompted us to go tell Santa in person and give him a high five!

Christmas is my favorite time of year, but it can be overwhelming with holiday commitments, end of year work, and all the other activities in one's schedule. Sometimes I forget to enjoy it in the begining because I'm runnning around with my head cut off. Luckily, Will keeps reminding me to stop and smell the roses.

The Masters A to Z

I promised Julie I'd spread the word to Texas! This is the only kid's Masters book and it will not be sold (so far) at the 2013 Masters tournament. I picked up a few copies this past weekend for the fam at her book signing. If you are interested you can go to the website and order one. She said if you want it personalized "J is for Jack or P is for the Parker family" to just include that in the notes section and she will do that. Just thought I'd pass along as books make great gifts.
