Will's special friend Nora Kate even came by to see him. He loves his playdates when he comes to Dallas --look how cute she is how could he not!

After a fun Christmas Eve with the Ehlert clan, we headed to Dallas on Christmas Day to see Nana, Cowboy Jake, Aunt Stacey and Baby M! Aunt Stacey & Cowboy Jake cooked a fabulous Christmas dinner and Mark and I really enjoyed letting Nana spoil/play with him while we relaxed. Baby M is due on January 22nd so it was extra special getting to see the fam and we can't wait till our next trip to see our little new neice or nephew!

Best Birthday Present Ever!!!

It doesn't get any better than this!!!!!The three amigos in Augusta have watched this at least 20 times and we just can't get enough of it!

Will's First Birthday Party

While we are in Brenham we thought it would be a great time to celebrate Will's 1st B.D. with family and friends. Will had a great time and the pizza & birthday cake were a big hit! I'm not sure Will understood the whole present thing, but luckily Elle was there to help him along the way. Thanks Leisha for the great pics and movie!

Tuesday night during the trip to Texas I got to hang out with 3 of my favorite people. Yes the PBP sisters (G, LT & Peanut or as Will knows them Peaches, Aunt Lulu & Aunt Lala.) We had a great time at dinner catching up and it was hard to leave them. These three ladies are what I miss the most about Houston!

Since Amos and the boy were in Texas this weekend and myself and co-resident Dr. Snead decided to head to North Carolina's Pisgah National Forest to do some camping, rock climbing, kayaking, drinking, etc.

Lunching with Ladies

While home I got to lunch with some of the my friends from high school and their moms (Sal, Candice, Gretchen, Jules & Kate, Leisha & Elle and me!) We had a fun time and it was great catching up! We definitely missed Em, Caro, & G, but hopefully we will all be able to get together again soon.
