Baptism Celebration

We had a great time Friday night at the Daily Grill celebrating Will's baptism. Since everyone couldn't make it out here we decided to celebrate a little closer to home. I think Will was a bit overwhelmed with our large family and friends, but Mark and I loved having all our loved ones there with us to celebrate!

Playtime & Pecan Street Festival

Sunday morning before heading out we headed to Kris and Leisha's for playtime. Will loved playing with Elle and before heading to the airport we made a quick stop at the Pecan Street Festival on 6th street. A little lunch at Iron Catcus and Will looking like Lesley on 6th street after a clothing accident made all the ole college memories come back.

It's a Boy!

Were so excited! We broke the news to Will last night that he has a new cousin. Eli Kristopher Ehlert, born on September 20th at 1:43 pm weighing in at 7lbs 15 oz and 20.5 inches long. Will is so excited and can't wait to see Elle and Eli on Thursday for his second trip back to Texas!

Sic Em- Woof, Woof, Woof!

What a long week last week. I had the open house of Hull Barrett's newest office in Evans, GA; Will got an ear infection; I came down with some sort of viral infection and then we discovered that some nocturnal animal has decided to make it's home underneath our house. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing weekend to recuperate, but my boys had other plans! So Saturday morning we left at 7:30 am to drive to Athens to watch the Dawgs play the pigs and tailgate with one of Mark's intern friends, Stephen Anderson and his family. Mark got us great tickets in the shade right smack in the Georgia player's parent's block. Will lasted three quarters (the 2nd quarter he took a nice nap) before we called it a day and headed to the Anderson's hotel room at the Holiday Inn to cool off. While not as rowdy as I envisioned a GA vs. AK game, we still had a great time and GA almost pulled out a win. We also noticed a lot of similarities in Texas games and GA wich was fun! After the game we headed back to Augusta to get off our red and black colors and put on our orange, we would have hated for our family members to think we were routing for Texas Tech (same team colors) who was playing Texas that night.
